1st visit Exam and treatment with Dr. Chuck D.C. : Includes a neurological exam Orthopedic exam, checking of your reflexes, Moist heat and Flexion Distraction possibly E-stem and Several Chiropractic Adjustments. If a concern warrants, the doctor may want to do an ear nose and throat exam. The first visit should be no more than 45 minutes.
Single Follow Up Visit

Single Follow up Visit with Dr. Chuck D.C. : Moist heat and Flexion Distraction possibly E-stim and Several Chiropractic Adjustments. If a concern warrants, the doctor may want to do an ear nose and throat exam. Follow up visits should be no more than 20 minutes.
